Yes. In addition to standard machine models, We can customize machines to meet your needs. Whether you need a single machine or an automated production line, we can develop a solution according to your product characteristics, production speed targets, and automation requirements.
What voltage and power configurations are available?
Yes. Standard voltages: 380V/50Hz Three-phase , 220V/50Hz single-phase , ect. HMI touch screens support English, other languages are available upon request. specify both requirements when requesting a quote so we can confirm availability and lead time.
How can we make sure about the machine quality after we put the order?
Before delivery, we will send you the pictures and testing videos for you to check the quality, and also you can arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts in the third party inspection organization .
Do you provide installation support, or do we self-install?
We offer overseas engineer on-site service. Meanwhile, our engineers can also guide you with installation via one-on-one online video instruction. Or you can install it by yourself with machine manuals and installation videos
Can I order a machine with my own branding (OEM)?
Certainly, we accept OEM orders and can produce equipment printed with your own brand logo.You just need to provide us your brand logo file and relevant brand information, we will arrange production accordingly.
What’s your payment way?
T/T by our bank account directly, or by West Union, or in cash , ect.
We are afraid you won’t send us the machine after we send you the money?

What happens if a part breaks after the warranty period?
Once warranty is over, For damaged parts ,you may purchase genuine original parts from us for replacement. We offer permanent technical service all the time.
Can I visit the factory before committing to an order?
It’s totally fine for you to pay a field visit to our factory prior to formal order placement. Please inform us of your schedule in advance, and we will arrange reception and factory tour for you.
